My pre-teen eldest son has been learning about healthy eating in his Home Economics class at school. The class as a whole have been looking at and tasting some commercially available health bars and today they had to individually plan and make their own health bar.
This is what he developed. They taste fabulous! These 'Nanor' Health Bars have a perfect balance of sweet and savory and the chocolate base really helps hold the crumbly buttery oat topping all together.
All in all I am very impressed, so impressed I just had to share the recipe with you all!
